Affordable Modern Furniture provides you an opportunity to shop at affordable-modern-furniture.com. In doing so, you accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Affordable Modern Furniture service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Affordable Modern Furniture, whether or not included in the affordable-modern-furniture.com web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.

SHIPPING POLICY
Affordable Modern Furniture ships free of charge in the United States on items in the 48 contiguous States with the exception of Special Order Items. We charge for shipping, extra packaging and insurance if required on any and all items shipped to destinations yp to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the US.

RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 30 days. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, SALE/CLEARANCE or DISCONTINUED ITEMS. THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount. Additional packaging may be necessary. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable.

A refusal of shipment is billable for both return and original shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Actual shipment cost is based upon freight billing incurred by Affordable Modern Furniture.

Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact Affordable Modern Furniture immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.

Shipping costs from Affordable Modern Furniture will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. Any purchases/exchanges due to returns are not covered under the free shipping offer. Return shipping, payment of return shipment, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If there is visible damage, reject the shipment and verify the driver notes the damage and contact Affordable Modern Furniture ASAP. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement ASAP. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 10 days of package arrival. (note: if you are purchasing a product and it needs to be installed at a later time, please test the product during the first 10 days.)

During the checkout process, there is a check box labeled "I have read and agree with the Affordable Modern Furniture return policy." By checking this check box you are authorizing Affordable Modern Furniture to charge the credit card supplied during the checkout process under the above stipulations.

When you visit affordable-modern-furniture.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. PRICING
